first i wanna say thanks to who answered my previouse queestions. heres my other one lol, does growth spurts matter when working out? if u havn't had a growth spurt does that effect u at all?
no,if you damage your growth plates then yes( depending on your age) But then again I would not recomend a 12 yr old trying to squate 2 times his body weight. How old are ya?
