Hello everybody:
My name is Barbara, and I have been working out with a trainer for a while. However, my sessions start a 6 am, and the gym is about 15 minutes from my house. I would like to know what I should eat before working out, since from the time I get up to the time I get to the gym is only 30 minutes. I know I should eat something before, but I have noticed that when I eat, I feel tired and cannot perfom as well.
Thank you

Welcome to freetrainers Barbara!
Try eating lite. Just some fruit and otmeal, then have the rest of your meal after the workout.

Your stomach is full of blood to process your food after a meal. You should wait at least an hour after a larger meal.
