1 day a week workout?

My wife gets up real early to workout, and does cardio 4-5 days during the week including Tae-Bo, aerobics, treadmill, and the Firm. She goes to the gym on Saturdays and does a full body workout with machines and weights. Her question, which I didn't know, is if 1 day a week full body is ok, rather than spliting up the weight training on multiple days if she is looking to keep in shape and get toned. She's not looking to get muscular.
any opinions?

She wil just maintain her current muscle at that rate. If she is happy with the amopunt of mass that she has, she might be able to just work out once a week, do cardio and uncover it, but she will need to work hard on that one day.
Tell her to get her comp done by a trainer at the club and then recheck it in a month and see if she has gotten results.
