I cleaned my diet up a huge amount over the past couple of weeks....Last night at work we went to a buffet restauraunt and I am a competitive person and this big guy probably around 330 pounds was saying how he could eat so much more than anyone their....I challenged him he got sick after 8 1/2 pieces of thick crust pizza he also had 3 cokes.....I had 3 glasses of water and a whopping 13 pieces of thick crust pizza...I left that place still hungry and went home pumped some iron and went to bad....I feel bad now but I once was a fellow fat boy so I can eat I just figured out lol.

Puke-o-rama!
Occasionally a big influx of calories like that can work to your advatage and send your metabolism through the roof, but you have to be pretty lean and eat clean for it to really be beneficial.

yeah speeder...Usually I only eat like 3/4 or so depending on the place I never eat that much usually...Guess it was the competitiveness that made me forget I had a stomach lol...Still nothing to brag about now.

I was a big eater till I hit about 17, it seemed that within a day my appatite droped through the floor. I've also got an unbelevable metabolism that alot of my family is jelous of. I can attribute a part of it to staying atleast semi active in my lull periods. I don't think I'll be going through those lull's like that anymore though, I LOVE to PUMP the IRON, it is the most exelirating feeling and best self confidence boost I've ever had now. As far as pizza goes, 3-4 slices KO, lol.
