Myself, I like the taste of the chocolate flavored Met-Rx protein plus.

This was from another post of mine regarding weight gainers. I thought I'd post it again as an FYI:

"As most of you know, I always advise people to base their diet on whole food. But, sometimes, it's not so easy to get it all in, especially those of us on a high calorie diet. And typical weight gainers have mostly always been just alot of sugar. I recently found this product that I've been using for the last few weeks as a post-workout base (I add other stuff), and thought those of you who needed something like this would be interested.

It's call Real Gains. It has (in water) 610 kCals, with 87g of carbs, 52g of protein, and 6g of fat. The nice thing about it, though, is that it only has 5g of sugar; the protein is a whey isolate, whey concentrate, micellar casein blend; the fat comes from MCTs and Flax Oil; and no aspartame!

I was very happy to have found it, and thought I should pass it on as an FYI (once I played guinea pig with it).

Have fun............."
