I've always heard that straight bar bench and incline helps you develop your chest mass, but the programs on here recommend dumbell press and inclimed with decline flys.....does that help that much better with the control factor involved with the dumbells or what?

most people fall into that stereotypical mind frame that the only way to get big is to bench ...its not true...alot of people on here will agree with me...dumbells require alot of concentration and control becasue you cant control the weight with just 1 arm like with a barbell...you are forced to do the work evenly.....and if ur working out by yourself...dumbells are alot safer.

Dumbbells and barbells are basically the same thing, except for the use of stabilizer muscles. You also won't be able to brag about how much you can bench because you'll bench less weight with dumbbells.

You might want to add dips, but otherwise, the program looks good.
