Hello I am 22 years old and have been smoking weed since the age of 15.

For the last 7 years I have smoked probably 2-25 days out of the month. I am a healthy person, workout 2-3 times a week, martial arts twice a week and soccer atleast once a week. I have seen awesome gains in the past 4 years about 30-40 lbs of lean muscle mass, ever since i started hitting the weights and supplements.

I have come to a point where I am not making huge gains anymore and I want to be the best i can be so i am saying good bye to my freind mary jane for awhile.

I will follow up with a post in awhile if anything should happen good or bad!! just thought i would make a post to help with my decision.

Well good for you Vinnie I can't imagine anything bad to come of it, stick it out through the tough moments and keep your ultimate goal in front of you at all times.

Think of her as an old girlfriend.. get rid of the memories (parap), move on, and be a better person for the experience.

Wise decision my friend. I had the lifestyle for many years. It wasn't so much the weed but the booze and the powder. It will definitely twist your thinking. I'm glad it was your personal decision. I know it comes no other way. I wish you the best and hope you achieve what you are after. IM me anytime if you need encouragement.

I look forward to hearing from you Vinnie. I'll need help in a few weeks when I quit smokin cigars again. Eat like a demon buddy.
