Aloha, I do all my workouts at home using bands, and my own body weight. I really notice the difference, but is it possible to get really cut doing these types of workouts?:dumbbell:
If by cut, you mean you really want to see the definition in your body, I think diet is the bigger part of that. Study a little within the posts and you will find that it is pretty much unanimous that diet is the key for uncovering the results you are seeing from your efforts.
I'm not the biggest expert on this, but hopefully, as this gets bumped to the top of the list, some of the others here who are more educated than myself can help out with your question.
