Before going profesional my Mass training and my abs training was on different days. After going pro its mixed them so out of the 4 Gain Mass program days, 3 includes abs days. This has caused my workouts to be longer than it should be, 1 1/2hr to 2hr (including warm ups). I was thinking of moving my 3 days a week abs workout to my free days, however if I did that Id practically be working out 7 days a week which I heard is also not good. Anyone got any suggestions?
