:) Hi... I have a gut; the rest of my body is thin. My ultimate goals are to inrease my muscle mass and lose the belly. I've heard that doing cardio while lifting weights contradicts each other, is this true? Should I lose the belly first than focus on increasing muscles? Is there a way to do both simultaneously Thank you!
