Well lthe mis conception is you can spot reduce ie. do calf raises or cruches and the fat will magically disapear! Wrong! Infomercials are a crock of bull *&%$ Sorry......but anyways, you can do cardio, squats, calf raises, stretching the calves with full range of motion, some aerobic classes wouldn't hurt.....but you need to get a good diet going, with cardio and a good weight ttrainging program. No pill, or belt or strap will make you or help you lose weight, if your gonna get rid of body fat you need to burn more calories than you consume. Weight traing will increase lean mass and help burn fat, cardio will get the heart in shape, and help burn carories as well. And a good diet will feed those muscles, to get them big and healthy.
