im 5'10 145 and sick of being skinny. i work 40 hours a week and am a full time student so i sont have much time. im not a complete novice at working out but i have taken the past 6 months off and am ready to get started again. i only workout out my upper body(2x week) and when i kept at it id bench 115-8 reps 125-5 135-5 145-3 155-3 and kept going till i burnt out which was usually at 165-1 175-0 or 1. i then would do skull crushers, dips, and close grip bench. i have an oylmpic weight bench with a curl bar as well. any pointers on gaining weight, gaining muscle, what supplements to take, how and when to eat, when to take the supplements or anything thing that you think would help me...my goal as of right now is to get my weight up to 160 and bench 225 consistently...any help would be great, thanks

from one skinny guy to another, the most important thing is nutrition / diet. check the ft nutrition tracker and see what it says you should be eating as far as proteins, carbs and calories.

Second, I would start taking some creatine. Search the boards to find out the best stuff to take and how to take it.

I would incorporate leg workouts into your routine. Working your legs will force the rest of your body to gor with them proportionally.

Good luck!
