If I mountain bike offroad 2 times a week for 40 min each time, is 1 day of squats and calf raises enough? I see my calf raises are in the my ft workout planner 2 times a week.
but they don't know i mountain bike.
You probably have other exercises in the program that hit those muscles as secondary usage.
As for your offroad biking, you also want to do stationary bike, and perhaps db squats.

i take it db squats are dumbell squats? If so, I do them with 15lb dumbells in each hand. as far as other excercises go, all they have me doing is squats and calf raises. I use 25lb dumbells doing the calf raises.
