How can i lose weight most effectively? how can i lose about a pound/inch or two a week? i want to lose a pound or inch a week and go from there. but what is the best way?

The best way to get to a healthy weight and maintain it Jenray is:
1-Eat healthy
2-Weight train
3- Cardiovascular exercise
4-Stay motivated

word... step 4 is very very very important! but make sure you don't take step 5 lightly either (5- rest)
