For those who work out at home.....

I recently bought a couple of exercise books. One of the books is the Mens Health Home Workout BIBLE. Though it doesn't mention Mel Gibson or the Passion but it is a wonderful reference source. It has exercises involving barbells, dumbells, cable machines home gyms, swiss ball, and just your plain old body. I have found it to be a great addition to the FT workouts.

I guess it would interest those who hit a gym too. My wife has used it as well and there seem to be no gender specific exercises. It's written on a Gump-like level so that even I understand it. Just a FYI.
