ive heard mixed reviews on this. On one hand, I've heard that the serum is more effective and doesnt cause dehydration. On the other, I've heard that it can spoil. what im asking for is opinions and any scientific evidence. Thanx

Numerous studies have come out basically stating that creatine serum is crap. Do not waste your money. In fact, the FDA is in the process of taking the makers of creatine serum to court due to all of the BS marketing they use. Also, the funny thing about creatine serum and there "studies" is that in all of the reports they used, powdered creatine was used. Hmmm. Save your money and go for the micronized creatine powder.

Definatley go with Creatine powder. (Micronised)
As dahayz stated it's worthless.
