Hello I am 17 years old 278 blah blah just read my other post, but I am new to fitness I selected the Home traingin plan, and I just want to know when I do the Home training plan It doesnt say to run or walk for so and so minutes/hours. Should I do it anyways? I just want to do this right
Engage in cardio 3-5 times a week 25-35 minutes per day. Lift first, cardio later, or separate and do on different days. Use various methods for cardio. Run, bike, row, treadmill.
