Little Help for the Rookie

Hello, I am 17 years old at 278 6'4-6'5 last time I checked, but anyway I want to lose weight but I dont know what do eat in the morning, afternoon and night, I did that Nurtironal Plan thing but It doesnt realy tell me what is good to eat or whats bad to eat for morning, afternoon etc. I never eat breakfast in the morning but when I get home from school I eat like a garbage disposal I think thats why I gained alot of weight over in one year can someone give me advice? I am new on dieting

Go to the nutritional section and look at the 'bodybuilders grocery list'. You'll find plenty of suggestions there. You need to eat breakfast. You want to fire your metabolism early in the day.
