Working out and NO2

I have been taking NO2 for about a week now and before I used NO2 I would leave the gym and the next morning i would wake up sore. After using NO2 I dont wake up sore anymore is this just because the recovery process is faster or can it be that I am not pushing myself hard enough? Also is taking a Whey protien and No2 a good idea?

no2 only helps in dilating the blood vessels,( make them bigger) so more blood can get to the muscle. If in theropy its working for you like it should, the extra blood flow to your muscles allows more nutrients, oxygen etc. to get to the muscle and repair it. It might be the no2 indirectly helping out, but I beat most of it is just mental.
