Is there any other exercises i can use to work out my lower chest other than decline bench. I have a crappy cheap bench right now that only has flat and inclined positions. I plan on getting a new bench soon, but for the time being, i need some other workout. Any suggestions. Thanx guys. :dumbbell:

i am in the same boat as you. if you can do dips, they will work out your lower pecs in addition to your triceps.

You can elevate the bench with wood blocks.:dumbbell:

Try elevated pushups. You can even put some weights on your back (i.e. plate weights in a backpack, etc.).

Yea I use the elevated pushups. Just dont put plate weights on your back without something holding it, it dont quite stay put as well as normal pushup :)

You can also do the dumbbell pull over. It will work your triceps as well as the upper part of your lats. Works great and you don't need a great bench for it.
