Sounds like excellent progress. Not to sound like a spoilsport but take care that you don't overdo it in your enthusiasm. Two possible problems-overtraining and burnout. Neither are very helpful. However, if you are happy with your workout and your progress, go for it.

well i think i will try it but not for a couple more weeks atleast. the dunb bell presses i did were just one dumbell held with both hands so it is not as impressive as it seems.i do have extra modivation though.one of my clients comes out here to LA next month so i wanna look as good as possible.i get to spend the week with her while she shoots her magazine spread .so i don't wanna look too fat while hanging out with her.it is also a chance to meet more of the ladies and hopefully get more contracts.(women are a enchanting force which drive men over their normal boundries.)any way thanks for the kind words.i seem to be getting back in the routine faster than i thought and i too am worried about over doing it but i'm always tring to push myself beyond normal means(thanks to Army).
