I have been pretty skinny my whole life. I have been working out for about 6 weeks andthe last 2 of those weeks I have been using creatine and began my freetrainers program.
I am gonna try not to look at myself in the mirror for 2 weeks so i can see if I have made any progress. Anyone ever try this? This is much harder then you think. I will look in the mirror to get dressed, but never without my shirt. give it a shot...
