well...I got dry socket and was in the worst pain ever!!!! sooo doc told me that I cannot go to the gym for another 4 days *help anyone* any who...I am depressed and have gone to the ice cream and oatmeal diet since I can't chew anything (oh the toddler years) I am frustrated and just needed to vent!! ahhhhh. I was doing well but a girl can only handle so many protein shakes. I have oatmeal dreams now. it sucks because the ice cream is cold so it feels good!!! ahhhhh!!! you can see where I have been sleeping on the couch all day long!!! alrighty then, I am done now.

Why don't you try pudding or better yet baby food. Sorry:(

Yogurt is smooth too. OOOh what about butternut squash soup hmmmm.

On the bright side at least you have an excuse to eat ice cream. Either way, injuries suck! Heal quickly.

It is just an enforced rest period - you will come back refreshed and ready to rumble!
Get well soon!
