When would be the best time to work out?

What would a good time be? both my b/f and I work all day. Should it we when we get home? wait a while? before dinner or after?

I would say a half hour after diner so you have fuel for your workout. But there are many opinions on this subject - Mike

There are many opinions on this...but I would have to say that cardio should be done first thing in the AM. Weight training can be done either in the AM or PM, before dinner so that you can have a post-workout meal.

I find that working out in the mornings is best. It a good way to start your day and your less likely to "skip" it due to being tired from your day at work. :dumbbell::angry::dumbbell:
