There are many opinions on this...but I would have to say that cardio should be done first thing in the AM. Weight training can be done either in the AM or PM, before dinner so that you can have a post-workout meal.

I find that working out in the mornings is best. It a good way to start your day and your less likely to "skip" it due to being tired from your day at work. :dumbbell::angry::dumbbell:
