I read that a property in grapefruits helps lower insulin levels if eaten after a meal. Does that mean if i eat a grapefruit after a meal I don't have to worry about eating a carbs if I'm trying to burn a little fat?
Also, does Trim Spa work to burn the last amount of fat around someone's abs?

I have not heard any evidence to support the grapefruit diet, aside from hypotheses as to what grapefruits might do. Still, it couldn't hurt.

When it comes to burning fat, carbs are friend, not foe.

Trim Spa does not particularly impress me as a fat burner. The properties they've been promoting is appetite suppression, though I don't know how good that is, and if you've only got a few pounds to lose, you don't need that anyway (for that matter, with some will power, I don't see why it's necessary even with more weight to lose).
