My low back is killing not really but when i bend my back it hurt..i know use your knees to bend but i think my back is weak. I did box squats the other day it was like 315x3 345x3 345x3 with a weight belt. Anywayz to strenght it and the stretches.

Also my wrist in right hand hurts on the right side next to the bone sticking out. So i have to get a full hand wrap on my wrist. Any streghting tips or stretches.

wrist curls is what everyonr told me to strentghen wrists and help with grip.plus try lighter weights?

Yes, My viking friend lower weights are most likely in order. To build up the lower back you can also try deadlifts and hyperextensions.

Lighter weight is the only way? I recently started having pretty severe wrist pain in my right wrist. It pretty much hurts in about everything I do now.... Most painful though on ez curls and dumbbells... The weight isnt a problem for the biceps or other muscles groups but it kills the one wrist...

If I drop off the weight, wont that kill the growth/effect?

If your back hurts then why don't do more in the stomach area. It might be the fact that your stomach is week and your back is pulling all your weight.
