Here's my deal: I've been trying to burn about 2 inches of fat off my waist for the past two months. I've been running 3-5 times a week, alternating HIIT and steady paced jogging.
I eat a healthy diet and weight training too. It typically consists of: oatmeal with soymilk and a banana followed by a grapefruit and occasionally 2 boiled egg whites for breakfast. Baked chicken and veggies or tuna w/ low fat mayo for lunch. Baked chicken with veggies for dinner and as snacks throughout the day, i typically eat fruit, esp. apples with natural peanut butter.
This is a healthy diet if I've ever seen one. I've been eating healthy for years now, though. My belly fat came from about 7 years ago when I was like 15 and thought I was too skinny. I was like 6' 140. Now I'm like 6'1" 190. I'm thin with lean muscle, and I want to display a six pack. I do ab work, mostly reverse inclined crunches and weighted crunches and sometimes saxon bends for the obliques.
I can see the outline of my six pack if I flex them and flatten the flab on my stomach. I don't have a ridiculous amount of fat on my gut or anything, but I need to burn off some to see the 6.
So, now that my rambling history is done, here is my query: I must be doing something wrong if after 2 months I still acn't see the 6 well, so what is it. Also, what are the side effects of supplements like Stacker 2. Ripped Abs Fuel and that thing Anna Nicole Smith was on? And would it be advisable for me to use them seeing that I"m not really searching weight loss, just a little fat burning? Summer is coming and I need to burn it quick. What is everyone's expert opinion?

Takes longer than 2 months man, bodybulider train for many years for a good body.......think about it all the good ones are in there 40s or close to it, theres no quick and dirty for losing fat, or gaining muscle give it time.....I wanted big arms, now 2 years later I have added 2 1/2 in to them..........all caffine supplements can in some people raise blood pressure, which puts undue stress on the heart, and causes it to beat faster.......whats your body fat %? bost people won't show a good 6 pack till it hits 8 or 9 %............workingout is liek a wine.........gets beter as time goes by.

I absolutely agree, but here's my quandry: It seems that in 2 months I cold probably shed 10-20 pounds, perhaps even more, so burning the minimal amount of fat around my body seems like it's taking a long ass time with no apparent results. I'm thin, with the concentration of whatever body at I have centered around my lower abs. i don't have a caliper, so I can't measure my body fat... I want to know if I should be doing more to shed the fat by summer, which is why I asked about those pills. How do they work?
