My Crossbow machine is in my basement and it is about 10 degrees colder down there. My workout warms me up enough to not notice the difference. Is this detrimental to my workout? How about for cardio as well? Should I run outside in just above freezing weather or hit the treadmills?
Hmmm...the weather should not matter. The temperature should not have an impact to what you are trying to achieve, which is burn calories. You may not sweat as much, but provided the intensity is the same, the outcome should be the same as well.

Personally I like to run outside, much better view.Had about a foot of snow that kept me indoors on treadmill for a few weeks. It's all a matter of preference.
