Protein Drink after workout

I do cardio right after I do weights..should I have my protein drink after I do weights or wait until I am done my cardio?:big_smile

Yes. However, you can probably drink 1/2 after weights and sip the rest during your cardio workout. Your window of opportunity is about 0-45 minutes after weights.

I would suggest having seprate days to do your cardio and weight training. Or do cardio in the morning and lift in the afternoon.
