You dont have to upload one if you dont want to....Once you upload it though it will take a few days before it starts popping up.

i have tried doing a profile for a long time to no avail, you don't have to put a photo....but i think it works when you do!!!!!

You may have to send your photo to George or Adrian. I had some trouble with that as well but they took care of it quick, fast, and in a hurry.
