Two weeks ago I was at practice as usual, but if i knew what was gonna happen i'd faked a cold. We where working on duble full baskets ( 4 guys get downw ith overlapping hands, a girl jumps in are hands, and we throw her about 25 ft into the air and she does a flip with 2 side ways twists) When I caught this girls ( 120lbs) her body weight was in her legs, and I felt a strain on my bicep and back of my elbow. Week or so went by still hurt and it was getting worse.
Make a long story short I now know that I have a bicep tendon strain, and I can't work my biceps or anything that puts undue strain on it, including cheerleading! Hopfully I'll be back in a few eeks back to my regular wrokouts again, cause as of now I can't curl a 45lb bar. But its times like these that we learn from things, and get stronger physically, mentally and spirtually. Just thought I'd share with all my ft. buds! ps hope my spelling errors have gotten beter lol

Take care of that arm, big guy! And don't worry, you'll be back in no time flat! At least it's not a tear...
