I have a problem and that is why I started this program! What should an overweight 13 year old eat, and i am a boy thank you. Please send suggestions!

I would like to say congradulations on taking a step to change your habbits so young, I know if i did at your age i wouldnt be struggling now. Well first off how is your diet? What do you eat? Do you drink a lot of soda or eat a lot of junk food?Oh the world of cookies,candy,chips and super value meals at McDonalds.If you consume a lot of bad fats your end result extra weight or you will get fat.Its not just the fats its also the sweets and sugars. Try to drink more water , eat more vegatables and fruits. Try to stay away from anything fried.You know the food guide prymid? That very top triangle? Stay away from it or cut down .Think of the prymid as a mountian.You have to climb to get to the top. You know how much work it takes to get there? Is it really worth all that work just for a doughnut? Not really. But if you take it slowly climbing foot by foot you will see all the wonderful things that mountian has to offer, making the top look less intresting. Suddenly the good things are not as desirable. well welcome to the site lucas. I goined last year. i was a little bit overweight and i still am a little. I got my body fat down to about 17 from 22 by being on a clean good diet, not starvation, a good solid diet. I trained well and i got good results, i wish you all the luck, aboozer has said that perfectly really, follow what he says and you will become more lean!!!:dumbbell:
