as of today i have 229 days till comp...but b4 cutting up (btw this will be first comp, and in canada) i am wanting to put on more mass, and was wondering if 3lbs a month was realistic, and if 1/2 inch on major body parts (upper arms, lat/chest, legs both upper and lower, as well as delts) per month would be feasible. i just wanna make sure my goals are realistic so i'm not setting myself up for failure...lol and i would be putting mass on for 6 months and 2.5 months (approx.)to diet down probably compete 180-190 taking just basic stuff (Swole V.2, Glutamine, whey, multi, and aminos) ANY HELP OR ADVICE OR ENCOURAGEMENT appreciated

Is this your first show? If so, you would need to clean up your diet a little sooner than 6 month from now. A good suggestion, "IF" THIS IS YOUR FIRST OR SECOND SHOW, would be to start 16 weeks out so your body can better adjust to the diet and so you won't have to scramble the last few weeks to do a butt-load of cardio which would take awat from your much needed lean muscle.

May the lift be with you.

Just started my Swole V.2 unflavoured today, kinda sour, but otherwise good, felt completely different then creatine (i dont think it works for me really) and taking my glutamine pre and post feels good, havent weighed myself yet, but meeting with trainer monday so will probably get that done and etc...
