I've recently "tried" (kept on falling down) snowboarding over the weekend and didn't realize how much of your ab and leg muscles are required! I had fun learning (except the falling down part)...any snow sportsters out there?

I enjoy skiing much more than snowboarding. I feel more in control. Surprisingly it is quite a workout.

I used to downhill quite a bit, but tended to be a bit reckless. Now I don't want to go and risk injury! My how times change! lol

I have been Snow skiing a few times and loved it, but never tried Snow boarding. They claim it is a lot easier than regular Snow Skiing..
