Whole body work out...

I know it's adviseable to work one set of muscle group once a week. Is it a waste of time doing a whole body work out only once a week? I do that currently and 50mins of ski machine 3 times a week. I am trying to lose 50lbs of fat. Any input will greatly help, thanks. : )

to loose fat you need to do hiit training. I have seen large people sit there and run the treadmill for 45 minutes. They stay the same the body becomes used to the excersise. A full body work out once a week isnt the best way to go. Create a ft program and diet for yourself and work hard it will go away. God Luck - Mike

Thank you for your reply mmaibohm. Well done for losing the 10lbs! Hopefully I'll be saying that some time soon. One more question please...How long should I do the hiit traning for & how many times a week? : )
