Is it better to concentrate on one area such as chest one day and back the next or do two or three parts in a day?
I used to do a four day split and am getting back into it, cause I had better results and I like to work out more regularly, (three days does not seem very satisfying).
Any input?

Goldengloves is right on. Your better off doing a major and minor muscle group each day (back/bi), and not two majors (back/chest).
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

actually.............back and chest go very well together, they are antaganist muscles( opposites) you get a great pump, and can usually do more weight. As you work back, your chest is resting, as you work chest your back is resting, not to mention the extra blood in your lats makes bench eaiser, helps cushion the weight. I do back and chest together most if not all the time, sometimes I do tris and bis together. great pumps and it saves you time
good chest and back work out......
bench press/ t bar rows
incline bench press/ close grip pull downs
any flys/ one arm rows
***** do deadlifts another day*** ever week switch what you worked the week before...........you do a chest excercise, during your rest you do a back excercise etc etc................the next week gowever switch what you worked 1st
