Hey everyone, I just wanted some opinions on my work out regiment for my chest. I'm not trying to get big and bulky, because I need to develope my body to a lean, muscular and strong body, not big and huge. So really the 'Bruce lee' style body (lee in my opinion is very over rated) instead of the Van Damme style. My reason for this is because I do martial arts, martial arts tricking etc and need to be able to handle my body weight efficiently and comfortably. Enough explaining...heres my regiment..
Bench Press - 120lbs - 3 sets of 10 reps
Dips - 140lbs (my own body weight) - 4 sets of 15 reps
Push ups - arms at various postions - 5 sets of 20 reps
