My girlfriend wants to just lose weight fast before spring break, go figure, and I just wanted to know if it is possible to do the following. Lose 20 lbs before spring break. She is 5' 8" 145, she used to weigh 119, she is an athlete, plays volleyball very well, she started eating right and I told her to keep on pushing her cardiovascular. Like I said she doesn't want to gain any muscle just lose the fat. Any advice or questions if I left out anything feel free to ask. Thanx in advance. Much appreciated
When people change their diet, they can generally loose about 6-8 in the first week or 2, alot of that is water weight however, and from then on I would say expect to loose 1-3 lbs a week, depending on how strict the diet is, and how much and intense of Cardio she would be doing. That is a Healthy weight lose. I would say that it will take about 2 months to loose Aprox 20 lbs.
