I have always been into working out and staying fit. The last year I have been slacking. This winter I decided to get back into the gym. I am three weeks into my 12 week program here at FT and am pleased with the results I am seeing. I was wondering if anyone else that is just starting or getting back into training may be interested in setting goals and competing against eachother exchanging our gains as we go. I can always use the extra motivation. Anyone interested let me know.
