After I am lifting for about a half hour I start to feel sick and do not want to life anymore. At first I thought it was because I was lifting on an empty stomach, so now I eat a little bit before I go. It still happenns. I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to stop the sick feeling....it is ruining my workouts!

Are you drinking enough water? Could it be the environment (i.e. room too stuffy)? What kind of sick feeling...nausea, headache, etc.?

I usually only eat a sandwich or something light before I lift....just to have something in my stomach. I lift at around noon. I drink a lot of water....It is a huge university weight room. I feel nausea...like I am going to throw up. I am just lifting....my arms and chest and back and stomach and legs.
