1. What are reps and sets?

2. Assuming reps are the amount of times to do an exercise and sets are the group of reps, how long inbetween each set? minute? hour?

3. Or can you just explain this whole chart to me:

Usually rest is decided on type of training. You may not rest if you are curcuit training, or may rest up to 1min30 sec for rest and gain.
fill in the boxes with actual # of reps and weight in the left column.
