Saturday morning me and one of my friends decided to try out a step aerobic class. my friend was done 15 minutes after it started, but i stuck it out. we went for 1/2 hr, took a break, then finished the other 1/2 hr. It was fun, and i was ok, i finished it, but being it was my first time, i had no idea what i was doing. people looking at me attempting to do it is defienetly laughable. but the important thing was that i came, and i conquered. I FINISHED!!! haha though a few times i was wondering if i would make it. So now that i finished the class, my legs are a mess especially my calfs. i can barely walk. sometimes i limp. My calves haven't had a work out like this since i can remember. even when i do calf raises my legs doin't get this sore. why is that??? did i work different muscles? also tuesday night is leg night. should i skip legs this week? or should i stay on my regimen. even when i do cardio and use eliptical my legs don't get this sore.. im quite a site to see right now. and when i finished the class, sweat was running dripping like a faucet off of me, i don't think i even sweat that much when i go running. but it looks so easy, watching people do aerobics in the aerobic class room, i though it was all just fun, but in reality i give kudeos to all who do it weekly, because it really is NO JOKE!!!

No, it's no joke and the instructors do it all and talk at the same time. Some of them hardly pause to take a breath.
