Now it ain't me that's stubborn, but my butt-fat is. I've been exercising lately with general walking and jogging and running along grass, hills, beach.. etc etc and I've noticed a general loss of fat around my body within my torso, but my butt and thighs just wont seem to go down. Now whenever I go out I'm too conscious of myself to have a good time coz my body looks good except for my butt sticking out... can anyone help?

They human body like to store fat around the gut the hips and the rear end. I think thoose will always be tough spots.

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

I haven't really delved deeply into my diet but I generally eat a lot of vegetables and fruits with as little fatty foods and snacks as possible. I'm generally home by myself mosts nights and tend to make myself a salad or something with a fair bit of protein. I dont weight train however I do carry 2 5kgs dumbells with me when i walk/jog/run.

My mother has a slightly big butt and I know that could mean i will too, but I know my butt is fatt by the way it jiggles, hahaha. I know i can lose more fatt out of it.

My legs are fairly solid however there is a layer of fat covering my thighs and having a slightly curved spine doesn't help when my butt sticks out.

Here's my exercise routine for the week:
Monday: 30-40 minutes or cardio (walk/jog)
Tuesday: 60 minutes of total power walking around the city (not constant but i try to get there)
Wednesday: I work as a landscaper so i have to lift and dig and move around quite a lot so after that I'm buggered.
Thursday: 80-90 walk/jog along the beach
Friday: Not much happening on fridays, but im trying to fit more in.
Saturday: 60-70 minutes of walking/jogging
Sunday: Sit around all day.

I used to be a fairly beefy kid but now I'm becoming more toned and i can feel my abs coming in but they too are under a slight layer of fat which annoys me coz my whole body has a small layer of fat that stops me from seeing any specific muscles. Thanks to landscaping my arms have increased in size and the muscles are visible in them, but thats about it.

Hope it helps...

Try adding in some weight training. Build up the muscle a bit. Nothing burns fat like muscle. When doing leg work concentrate on exercises like leg curls, leg extensions, and lunges. If you already have size in the glutes squats may make them bigger.
