Hey everyone i was curious is it important to have a multivitiam every morning...also its very hard for me to lose my love handles it bothers me so much...when i look in the mirror i get so depressed i want to lose the love handles by may can anyone help me ..please help

p.s i life 4 days a week and cardio 30minutes everynight

Mikey,

Without knowing more details about your situation, my first guess is that you probably need to:

a) Change up your cardio routine. Your body has adapted to your 30 minute program.

b) Increase your cardio, at least during goal attainment

c) Possibly clean up your nutrition (I don't know what it is like now)

d) Possibly increase the intensity or frequency of your weight training program.

Those are just a few ideas, Mikey. In general, CHANGE is the word of the day. If what you are doing is not working, then you have to change it.
