a work out for people in a rush

I'm a college student, liek many of us. Somtimes scheguals get messed up, we have to make a decision of what muscle group to work out cause we might only be able to hit the weight room once or twice that week so heres somthing i came up with, if you like it use it if not o well thought i try to help people who want a good full body work out in as lil time as possible.
warm up.........however you like
flys 4x10
cleans 10/10/8/8
military press 10 8 8
tricep extenisons(rope) superseted with and bicep excercise
4x10
deadlifts 4 sets you pick reps

this is not a body building work out, nor a power work out....this is somthing to do if your pressed for time but you wanna get a good work out in.......most major muscles are worked out either directly or indirectly through stablizing or involved in the movement
flys warm your upper body up and work your chest
cleans work your shoulders and back good( mostly upper) as well as work your legs
tricep biceps.....nedd I explain
deadlifts............work everything.........hope I helped some people out......work hard, be strong and good luck
