Hi there, i was traing hard lastnite and i noticed other people in the gym that where doing stupied shit, like lifting weights that they oversily failed to lifed with good poster, with for me shows a sign of stupidness, because as a person studing medic practices/fitness i now the harm its doing, so this i just a warning to all you beginers out there, and i cant stress this anoth, please keep your form when lifting, and if you cant then dont lift it.

People make errors all the time worry about yourself not others it wont get you anywhere while im at it. I already see many errors in your favor. I think you should email the people here at FT and ask for a spell check highly one.
