hi i am farley new to lifting. i am having trouble dietign to. whut are soem good excerises to to mass on my chest, also whut is a good diet that i shoudl go on.
Foz start by filling out your profile. Then generate a FT excersise program for yourself and specify max chest muscle mass. Good luck
