Yes, that is exactly what I am telling you, it is for school. My teacher disregards all routines and wants to do it his own way, although I do encourage him on this, he has not taught us any of these things, unfortunately. The rest of class has no clue about this either and are relying on me to help them out. Any little bit of help would be useful!

thanks again

Why don't you do some research on your own and learn something? I hope that nobody answers these questions.

So basically what you are telling me is that you have an exam on a subject that you were never taught? Is this for school?

1. Why is it harder to work cardiovascularly after a weight workout? Because you ue energy and strenght to do cardio.

2. Articulate how you would arrange a seven day workout cycle? Not sure what this one wants....are you looking for a split or what?

3. How long should you wait between sets during a workout? Depends on the style of a workout. heavy lifting requires more time to rest ussualy it is 30-90seconds

4. Explain the pyramid concept- start with a weight to lift (50lbs) each set after you add weight- 50 60 70.

5.A fitness regimen is ultimately the test of what body part? the whole body again this is a vauge and misleading question

6.Muscle soreness is painful because of what agent? latic acid

7. Name two ways of alleviating muscle soreness hot bath, rest light strecthing, light walking, hot compress, advil.

8. Name two ways overall fitness can be measured heart rate and endurance?

9. Medicine ball workout test what muscles? abs

What kind of muscle soreness are they asking about? Acutes muscle soreness during exercise or delayed onset muscle soreness? If it's DOMS it's got nothing whatsoever to do with lactic acid.

I can't believe a teacher gives an exam on something he/she didn't go over in class. I've had proffessors give there own class, but they also gave the nor=tes to go with it.
