Hi!! I have been following the ft workout plan for almost a year now, and noticed that it sticks with the pyramid method. I am getting a little bored with it, and am wondering what you all think of the tri-set lifting method? Is it better/worse...any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I enjoy doing them! I don't think they would hinder your workouts. In fact I would bet you would shock your muscles and it would be good. But then again what the hell do I know?

There are other "techniques" that you could look into as well such as reverse pyramid, circuit and dynamic (i.e. speed, conjugate, etc.) just to name a few. Tri-sets are great, BTW.
