Forgive me I am new to training. I have used this site to generate my Exercise Program but I am confused. The first column of the workout plan has Set # and follow order followed by 1 2 and sometimes 3 4. My question is, do I have to repeat the same exercise right after I finish set 1? If so, do I have to rest after Set 1 before doing Set 2 or must it be like a circuit?
Yes, you should complete the 3-4 sets required for the same exercise before moving on to the next exercise. You should rest in between each set...the time will depend on your desired intensity level.
